Position Overview
The Sr Sales Account Executive owns the sales activity of our flagship productin the Los Angeles area.  Our flagship product is a web-based application for document storage and management for hospitals, allied health and nursing students.  The candidate will have relationships with hospital educators, and allied health/nursing school educators.  Preference will be given to candidates with nursing background and ability to demo our software product to clients.  Sales experience is a must.
The immediate opening is contract-based, with opportunity for full-time employment.


Essential Job Functions
·         * Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
·         Acts on sales pipeline by contacting and visiting hospital and school clients
·         Trains clients in implementation and use of software product
·         Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
·         * Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
·         * Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
·         * Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Requirements
·         Be located in New York, NY
·         7+ years of healthcareindustry experience as hospital educator or internship/rotation coordinator in a school setting
·         Be able to demo software product to a client
